– Undergraduate Degree with Honors  in English and American Studies with a minor in German from Rostov State University

Liuba Wofford- Keller was born in Rostov-on-Don in 1971 to a Ukrainian mother and a Polish father. In 1992, Liuba earned her undergraduate degree with honors from Rostov State University, having double majored in English and American studies and minored in German.

 
In 1992, Liuba emigrated to the United States. She devoted her early professional career to teaching Russian to members of the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
 
Together with her husband Thomas Quinn Wofford (who later became a Military Attaché in the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine) Liuba taught several courses for the Central Texas College at Fort Bragg. She also continued to acquire other languages, including French, Italian, and Spanish.
 
In 1994, Liuba and her husband moved to the Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi.  She obtained an MBA degree at the University of Southern Mississippi with a focus on finance in 1996. Liuba then accompanied her husband to the NATO airbase in Geilenkirchen, Germany, where she taught German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian to personnel from fourteen NATO member states.
 
In 1999, Liuba enrolled in Zurich University’s German Studies Program and further perfected her knowledge of the German language and its regional dialects. The following year, Liuba studied Ukrainian, Slovenian, and Serbian at the University of Toronto in Canada. And from 2000 to 2001, Liuba pursued her second Master’s degree in Comparative Literature and taught German at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
 
Aside from teaching, Liuba held several positions before starting Vector Global Strategies. Liuba taught French, Italian, and Spanish languages at Sandhills Community College. 
 
Her extensive travels in Eastern Europe and familiarity with diverse cultures and literature played a significant role in her future endeavors. 
 

In 2017, Liuba returned to Fort Bragg and devoted herself to teaching Russian to Special Forces in the 82 Airborne Division.

While settled in North Carolina, in her spare Liuba loves bicycling, jogging listening to Italian opera, and reading American classics. Liuba has three sons who attend private school in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Todd Lassiter

Vice President

– Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville

– Master’s of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in International Relations from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro

– 25 years of active administrative experience

Todd Lassiter’s expertise is in business administration insures every client has a seamless well organized experience while working with Vector Global Strategies.  His area of management includes purchasing, accounting, human resources, marketing, public relations, safety, and security.  Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, and a Master’s Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in International Relations from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.  In addition, Todd has 25 years of experience in business administration, purchasing, and operations management.
